Its almost 2am and I need to have a 3 minute speech prepared for my Public Speaking class tomorrow. Guh.

This is hard cause I’m not a “prepare in advance” kind of girl. I’m a “take a deep breath and wing it” kind of girl. I know what I want to talk about, but to actually sit down, focus and prepare it is foreign to me. Not to blow steam up my own ass or anything (I think that’s how that saying goes right?) but, I’m actually a pretty decent public speaker. Having been in theater and various other creative ventures since I was 11, I’ve been doing it for quite awhile now. I mean, I’m no MLK or anything, but being up in front of people and talking bullshit kind of comes naturally to me. However, I would like to try to do this with some semblance of formality because I don’t want to make an ass of myself and fail this class. Its kind of required for my major, and since my grades the past three semesters have been less than satisfactory, I kind of need to get my ass in gear so I graduate on time.

I just wanna read and Tumble. Waaaahhh :’(
